At the foot of the Esterel mountains just west of Cannes, Mandelieu La Napoule is a paradise for sports lovers. This seafront town is built around a château which was the property of the Counts of Villeneuve until the revolution and it is an ideal base for anyone that loves sailing. Port de La Napoule is one of the largest marinas in the south of France and there are numerous sailing schools as well as ferry services to the Îles de Lérins and St Tropez. The town’s beaches are some of the most beautiful on the coast and are just 5 minutes walk from the houses. The itself residence consists of 15 semi-detached houses located in a pine forest. Residents benefit from the exclusive use of 2 large swimming pools and a bar and restaurant which are open all year. The residence has been fully renovated and ready to be occupied from this summer.
